The Yuba City California Temple will be Californiaas eighth temple. The stateas other seven temples are inA Fresno,A Los Angeles,A Newport Beach,A OaklandA (under renovation),A Redlands,A Sacramento, andA San Diego. According to the churchas website, California is home to more than 760,000 Latter-day Saints and nearly 1,300 congregations.
