A new tech startup company has selected the Sacramento area to open business. Highlands Power, creating a new smaller and lighter electric motor for electric powered vehicles will be hiring and manufacturing locally. The company founders Dimitrios Dovas amd Conner Whaley said the labor pool is one of the major attractions to locate in Sacramento.
